Alghero’s cuisine is extremely tasty, especiallyfor those who loves fish, it comes from a tradition based on oraltestimony above all, deeply ingrained in the memory of Catalan people, settled in Sardinia in the second half of 1300.
From that period until now, the Catalans of Alghero have jealously been keeping, besides the language, the alimentary uses and customs of their native country.
